Description:

T-Butyl acetate-PEG3-CH2COOH is used to modify proteins, peptides and other materials via amino or other acid reactive chemical groups. PEGylation can increase solubility and stability and reduce immunogenicity of peptides and proteins. It can also suppress the non-specific binding of charged molecules to the modified surfaces. .

 

Application:

T-Butyl acetate-PEG3-CH2COOH is widely used in Click Chemistry by reaction with an azide using copper catalysts in Click Chemistry. It is widely applied in PEGylation, bioconjugation, and chemical modification.
